Lisa and her husband John raised their four children on a small farm, giving her firsthand experience with septic systems, wells, acreages and the ALR. She has an in-depth knowledge of weather patterns, micro climates, tides and foreshore issues. Living on the ocean is wild and wonderful, but you have to make the right decisions or the romance wears thin. Whether they are purchasing a condo, farm, waterfront property or large family home, knowing their needs, budget and lifestyle is key to guiding them to the best decision. Lisa constantly strives to hone her skills in real estate through continuing education, community involvement and knowing the inventory, as well as current affairs on a local and global scale.

Brandon Guile

Brandon Guile

I'm proud to say I've been a local Islander since 1975. I have had the privilege of not only growing up in the Comox Valley but being able to watch my beautiful four children do the same.

I left the Valley for ten years after high school but returned to buy Real Estate and begin to raise a family in one of the truly most magnificent places in the world. I come by Real estate naturally as my grandfather owned/operated a local Real Estate Company called Nanaimo Realty for many years. My father is a 30-year General Commercial Contractor. I found myself drawn to this career naturally after 25 successful years in the hospitality management Industry, ten years owning and operating my own medium sized business, and a twelve year career with the CPGA as a teaching professional.

In 2016 I joined the Re/Max team, working in the Comox Valley. Real estate encompasses my passion for teaching, sharing knowledge, customer service "the old fashion way", effective communication, business acumen, solid long-term understanding of the Valley and its residents, outdoor living, and an appreciation for quality of life and home. I look forward to helping clients/friends find the quality of life and home that they desire and deserve. Call me and lets work together to help you transition to the Comox Valley. Dust off the golf clubs and fishing rod!
